Biography

Rose Turner is a long time nurse and hospital Case Manager. Graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a BSN and is currently finishing her Master’s in Healthcare Leadership at UC San Diego, Rose has worked in a variety of hospital roles. Her early nursing background included med/surg, cardiac, kidney transplant and oncology. After a transition to Case Management she found her passion. After 8 years at the bedside as a Case Manager, Rose has been a Manager, Director and worked on a corporate level for a multi-facility system. In that time she developed orientation programs, creation of a recuperative care program for the homeless ED Case, Manager programs, implemented new technology and helped create a RAC Recovery program. In 2014 she developed her own consulting firm and has been working with hospital Case Management departments to improve their processes, develop PI projects and improve education. She is also the creator of Case Management Master Class, an online educational platform Case Management education.
