Mischa Dick, MS, MBA
Mischa brings his passion and expertise in operations, workflow design, technology integration and organizational development to healthcare provider organizations seeking to re-invent themselves to best serve their patients and communities.
Academically, he earned his Master’s in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and an MBA from the University of Rochester in Operations Management and Finance. He is an original Master Black Belt and Sensei in Six Sigma techniques and Lean Manufacturing.
Since entering the healthcare space over 15 years ago, examples of the projects he has worked on are Global Change Control for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, establishing a Patient Access Pre-Services Center for Piedmont Health, leading Revenue Cycle Transformations & Consolidations for CHRISTUS Health, Houston Healthcare, Regional One Health, and MaineHealth as well as co-leading a system wide Care Management Transformation for Maine Health. Prior to entering healthcare, Mischa contributed to organizations such as BMW Rolls-Royce, Xerox, PPG and AlliedSignal.
