Kerri Wizner, MPH, CPH
Kerri Wizner is an Epidemiologist at MDGuidelines-ReedGroup, a company that provides and supports evidence-based guidelines for occupational medical providers. Her role utilizes research and data analytics of private and public medical health records to address trends in short term injury or illness disability claims. She creates population level predictive modeling to inform medical providers about best-practice care for injured workers. Previously she has worked as a public health researcher at the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) on occupational safety challenges for health care workers. Her research focuses on using surveillance in health care to prevent and effectively recommend treatment for occupationally acquired injury and disease. She has a Masters degree from Tulane University in Epidemiology and is certified in public health by the National Board of Public Health Examiners.
