Geoffrey Lake, MBA MSW LISW-S CCM
Geoff Lake’s career in human services started in Connecticut, where he worked for Big Brother Big Sister. Later, in Boston, Geoff supervised Therapeutic Foster parents, working with complex and fragile foster children. In Cleveland, Geoff worked briefly as a child therapist, before joining the Cleveland Clinic. At Cleveland Clinic, Geoff has worked in Pediatrics, and later in adult Neurology/Neurosurgery. Geoff is now a manager in Case Management at Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus.
Geoff holds a Masters in Social work from Cleveland State University, a Masters in Business administration from Louisiana State University, a graduate certificate in Dispute Resolution from the University of Massachusetts at Boston, and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. He and his wife have been married for 11 years, they have three lovely, rambunctious children, and one tolerant poodle. Geoff enjoys riding his bicycle, and if he could have a superpower, he would like the ability to change the coefficient of friction at will.
