YOGA – Just Breathe: Sunrise Yoga
Brianne Wheeler, RYT-200, will lead you through an energizing practice to encourage deep breath, intention setting for your day ahead and movement to enable you to feel your best. There is a growing body of research that considers the benefits of yoga asana (the physical practice of yoga), including improved physical and mental health. Participants will come away with a clear mind and materials to consider the benefits of yoga for the case manager, care givers and patients/clients.
