PS4 – Healthcare Legislation: 30 years of CMSA Public Policy and Transitions of Care
This educational session explores new innovations in healthcare plans promoted by the 2020-2021 presidential candidates. The program begins with an overview of the new healthcare plans, comparing the plans and how they will work for the American people and aide healthcare moving forward in a new age of transparency. The presentation then transitions to a discussion of the eNLC compact legislation, examining where we are at in moving from 34 to 50 states. The eNLC is the evolution of the compact model.
