Biography

Geronda C. Pulliam, RN is an Assistant Clinical Director with Triad Healthcare Network (THN) Care Management program. THN is an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) in partnership with Cone Health Systems, a six-hospital system located in Central North Carolina. THN Care Management has achieved a three-year National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) accreditation and is the first care management program within an ACO to attain this honor.

Geronda has 28 years of nursing experience, which include 19 years of case management in the areas of community and acute care. She is a native of North Carolina and received her Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing and Masters of Science degree in Gerontology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She also received a Post Graduate Certificate in Nursing Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is a nationally Certified Case Manager (CCM) and is an active member of the North Carolina Piedmont Triad Chapter of CMSA.
