Biography

Claire Wueste, LICSW, CCM, CBIS is a specialist in brain injury case management at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. She received her BA in Psychology from the University of Delaware and MSW from Boston College. She has over 11 years of clinical experience in health care. She previously worked as the Co-Director of Social Services at a skilled nursing facility and coordinated care for short term rehabilitation patients and long term care residents. Currently, her clinical focus is on individuals with brain injury and other neurological disorders. Claire is a Clinical Scholar in the case management department and provides education and orientation to new hires. She remains dedicated to helping patients and families successfully transition through the continuum of care. Claire has presented posters on a variety of topics at the Case Management Society of New England annual conference over the past five years. In 2014, she presented a poster on “The Continuum of Care for the Disorders of Consciousness Program” at the Case Management Society of America annual conference.
