YOGA – Just Breathe: Sunrise Yoga & Meditation
This new addition to the 2019 program is sure to start off your week right! Fraser staff member, Brianne Baird, will lead you through an energizing yet gentle practice to encourage deep breath, intention setting for your week ahead and movement to enable you to feel your best. If currently you don’t call yourself a yogi, don’t worry; all levels are welcome and encouraged. If you’re a practicing yogi and travel with your mat, please feel free to bring it; if not, you’ll be fine without one. We’ll provide towels for any floor work. Just bring yourself (on time!) in comfortable/workout clothing (no athletic shoes required), water and a smile!
